Happy Hearts Love Sharks Wedding Contest

Register for the ‘Happy Hearts Love Sharks’ wedding contest by sending in your photo or video pledge to Stop the Soup at your wedding banquet for a chance to win some amazing prizes:

Grand Prize: Trip to Mexico for 2 to swim with whale sharks – the biggest fish in the world.*

Runner Up Prize: $500 wedding portrait photography package.*

International Prize: Waterproof digital camera and an adopt a shark package.**

* For contestants in the Greater Vancouver Regional District, Canada only

** For any contestants around the world outside of Greater Vancouver Regional District, Canada

We’re still looking for our first couples to enter the contest [updated: April 13, 2010] – get some snazzy bonus for being the first!

Who can Enter the Contest

• You must be 19 years of age or older and be holding/or have held your wedding banquet at a Chinese restaurant. Eligible couples must be getting married/or have gotten married between January 2008 to December 2010.
• To win a trip to Mexico or the photography package, contestants must be holding a Chinese wedding banquet in the Greater Vancouver Regional District.
• To win the international prize, contestants can hold their Chinese wedding banquet anywhere outside of the Greater Vancouver Regional District.

We can have Double Happiness with sharks in our seas instead of our bowls.

How to Win

• Create a video or photo pledge to Stop the Soup
• Send in your pledge through our registration form
• We’ll post your entry on our Facebook fan page
• Get your friends and family to vote for you on our Facebook fan page (we’ll be counting up the number of “Likes”)
• The couple with the most votes in their category wins!
